Since no one is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, purely in the interest of justice, adjourned to 18.03.2020.

However, it is clarified that if the case is not argued by learned counsel for the petitioner on next date of hearing, then this Court would be constrained to vacate the interim order."

Today, again, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
