(Oral) Present application has been filed by the applicants-petitioners for seeking decision in view of approval (Annexure P-16) granted by the Government while dealing with the case of the petitioners. Notice of the application was issued to the respondents. Petitioners by way of present petition are seeking directions for quashing the orders dated 11.03.2002 (Annexure P-10) and dated NARESH KUMAR 2016.04.26 10:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

C.M. No.3763 of 2015 in/and CWP No.969 of 2003 -205.04.2002 (Annexure P-11) and further directions to release pay-scale of `2200-4000 w.e.f. 20.10.1995 as per the decision of the Executive Council of the M.D.U. Rohtak dated 09.12.1993 and 20.02.2002. The petitioners are claiming parity with Ravinder Singh Rana on the issue of grant of pay scale of `2200-4000. The Director Higher Education, as per his recommendation, has approved the scale of `22004000 to Ravinder Singh Rana and similar benefit has been extended to all the other employees. The recommendation given by the Director Higher Education dated 04.07.2014 has been approved by the Chief Minister on 22.07.2014.

In view of this recommendation (Annexure P-16), the present petition is taken up today itself and the same is hereby disposed of by giving direction to the respondents to implement the approved decision dated 22.07.2014 in favour of the petitioners and grant them all the benefits, within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Consequently, the impugned orders dated 11.03.2002 (Annexure P-10) and dated 05.04.2002 (Annexure P-11) are hereby quashed.
