(Oral) Present revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order/notice dated 15.02.2017 (Annexure P-3), passed by learned ACJM, Rupnagar. At this stage, no notice is required in this petition, which is against the impugned order dated 15.02.2017, as the applicant is disputing the compromise effected between the parties.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned ACJM, Rupnagar, to refer the matter to the Mediation for an out of Court settlement, in accordance with law.
