(ORAL) The short point involved in the case hand is whether the revision petition can be kept pending against the dismissal of the application for amendment of the plaint, once the suit had already been withdrawn on 22.12.2017. The answer is 'No'. Accordingly, the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such. However, liberty is granted to revive the case, in case, revision petition filed against the dismissal of the application for recalling of the order dated 22.12.2017 is allowed.
