Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for seeking directions to the official respondent No.3, to take cognizance of the petitioner's complaint dated 09.12.2024 (Annexure P-2) in terms of the law laid down by Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others, (2014) 2 SCC 1. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy as available to him, under the law.
