NIDHI GUPTA J. (Oral) It is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the matter stands settled between the parties by way of mediation. As per report of the Mediator dated 18.5.2023 the parties have settled their dispute by way of amicable settlement/agreement, which is placed on the case file. As per the said settlement, the respondents have to pay the amount as described in para 5 of the Settlement Agreement dated 18.5.2023 (annexed with the report of the Mediator) and in compliance of the said Settlement Agreement, learned counsel for the respondent has handed over the Demand Drafts and post dated Cheques, photocopies of which are placed on record, to learned counsel for the petitioner in the Court today. 2023:PHHC:079547 Civil Revision No. 322 of 2023 (O & M) 2 Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same as full and final settlement of all the disputes between the parties. As per the Settlement Agreement dated 18.5.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present Civil Revision and undertakes to withdraw the Civil Suit pending before the learned trial Court at Shahabad (M), District Kurukshetra, on the next date fixed before that Court i.e. 20.7.2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the petitioner has no concern with the possession or any other matter relating to the suit property as per the Settlement Agreement.
