After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction by invoking the provisions of Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C.

In light of the above, the present petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty and the trial Court shall look into the matter in accordance with law, on its own merits.
