IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH

CR-5316-1997 Date of Decision: 30.10.2023 Dharam Pal and others .... Petitioners

Versus

Avtar Singh and others .... Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE NIDHI GUPTA Present: - None.

NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) As per office report dated 10.08.2023, notices issued to the petitioners have been received back unserved with the report that they are not residing at the given address; whereas notice issued to respondent No. 1 has been received back served through his son which is a valid service and notices issued to respondents No. 2 to 4 have been received back unserved for want of complete address. It has also been reported that learned counsel for the petitioner has been informed about the date fixed through a letter.

Further, as per office report dated 20.10.2023, Mr. Deepak Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the petitioners has been informed about the date fixed through e-mail.

However, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners, despite the case having been called twice. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioners or their counsel are no more interested in pursuing the instant revision petition. Thus, this Court has been left with no other option except to dismiss the instant revision petition for non-prosecution. Ordered accordingly.
