The present revision petition was admitted on the basis of admission order passed in Civil Revision No.92 of 2006. Learned counsel for the petitioner has chosen to remain absent for the last three dates of hearing. Even today he is not present. It appears that petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this revision petition also. In view of the order passed in Civil Revision No.92 of 2006, the present revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. The petitioner would be at liberty to file an application for restoration, if required.
