Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that suit was decided by the trial court on 22.12.2015. Present revision was filed on 11.1.2016. Due to holidays in between, petitioner did not come to know about the details of the case. Explanation furnished is accepted. Further proceedings are dropped.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has moved an application for withdrawal of the present revision on the ground that compromise has been effected between the parties. In view of same, application is allowed. Revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
