On 28.01.2025 the following order was passed : " None had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner on 27.04.2023. However, on the basis of a written request the case was adjourned to 13.09.2023. On 13.09.2023 none appeared on behalf of the parties and the case was adjourned to 22.02.2024. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned on numerous occasions by order. Today, the matter has been called twice, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 08.07.2025. Registry to inform the counsel for the parties accordingly."
