*** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for directing the respondents to release compensation along with interest for the land acquired in pursuance of Notification No. LAC 9G-NTLA-2013/1282 dated 07.08.2013 under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1984 and in terms of Award No. 5 dated 06.06.2016 by LAC, Gurgaon. Learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available under law. Ordered accordingly.
