Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem, on instructions from their respective parties who are present in Court, that the matter stands settled between the parties and that the respondents are willing to purchase the property from the petitioner-landlord for an amount of ₹1,90,00,000 (rupees one crore ninety lakh).

In view thereof, the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed off as such with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
