Prayer in this petition is for a direction to the respondent - department to consider the petitioner for transfer/adjustment/deputation to a school nearby his permanent place of residence, where workload for PGT Biology is available and to stay the Manual transfer orders which were allegedly issued in violation of the Transfer Policy and guidelines. Learned counsel for the State to whom advance copy of the petition has been supplied submits that though petitioner has no vested right to seek transfer as prayed for, Online Transfer Drive is likely to commence in the near future and it is open to the petitioner to participate therein. In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition at this stage, with liberty to participate in the Online Transfer Drive, which is likely to commence.

Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforementioned.
