This is petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.188 dated 20.11.2020 under Sections 363, 366-A IPC, 1860 (Sections 12, 15 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 added later on), registered at Police Station City Dhuri, District Sangrur.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to extend the concession of bail to the petitioner, prayer has been made for withdrawal of the instant petition.

Ordered accordingly.
