This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 170, dated 20th December, 2021, under Sections 420 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Division - 1, District Pathankot. 2.

This Court vide order dated 24th January, 2022, granted interim bail to the petitioner, subject to joining investigation and compliance of the provisions enumerated under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 3.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Gurmukh Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.

Mr. Ish Puneet Singh, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant though not impleaded as a party, and opposes the prayer.
