(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of the complaint bearing No.NACT/7201/2023 dated 07.10.2023 (Annexure P-2) filed by respondent No.2 before the learned trial Court at Chandigarh under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act qua the petitioner, as he did not have any liability towards respondent No.2, with further prayer to quash the summoning order dated 09.10.2023 (Annexure P-4) passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Chandigarh whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial in the complaint (supra).

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all pleas taken in the present petition at the appropriate stage before the learned trial Court, during the course of trial.
