Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the defendants-respondents are playing hide and seek with a sole objective to delay the proceedings. In support of his contention, he has drawn attention of this Court to the interim orders passed by the trial Court.

I have considered the facts and circumstances of the case and I am of the opinion that the suit which was filed in the year 2012 is being protracted on account of intentional evasive approach of few of the defendants-respondents. Counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the suit. This petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an application before the trial Court for expeditious disposal. In case any such application is filed, the trial Court will consider the facts and circumstances of the case and shall make an endeavour to dispose of the trial expeditiously by giving short dates if for any reasons the matter requires to be adjourned by the Court.
