Learned counsel for the respondent submits that this petition filed by the tenant challenging the order dated 30.03.2006 passed by learned Appellate Authority, Ludhiana, has been rendered infructuous as demised premises has since been vacated.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no specific instructions thereof.
In view of the fact that learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to take specific instructions despite opportunity having been afforded and keeping in view the specific statement of learned counsel for the respondent, this petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
Needless to say, petitioner is at liberty to seek revival of the petition if the averments as above are not as per the factual position.
