Mr. Ajaivir Singh, Advocate for the petitioners-tenants. Mr. Sandeep Arora, Advocate for the respondents/LRs of landlord-Sant Lal Katyal.

JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Tenants are in revision against the concurrent findings recorded by the learned Rent Controller vide order dated 16.10.2010 duly affirmed vide order dated 30.3.2012 passed by the Appellate Authority, Jalandhart whereby they have been evicted from Shop No.2 situated at Fish Market, Jalandhar on the ground of personal necessity of two grand-sons of the landlord-Sant Lal Katyal.

This Court while issuing notice of motion on 27.7.2012 had stayed the dispossession of the tenants from the demised premises.

At the time of hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioners points out that the present revision petition has become infructuous as during the interregnum, the tenants have purchased

CR No.3153 of 2012 #2# the demised premises vide sale deed dated 08.2.2016. Learned counsel for the respondents-landlords has no instructions in this regard.

Be that as it may, present revision petition is dismissed as having become infructuous, in the light of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners for revival of the same within two months from today, in case the facts are otherwise.
