(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.124 dated 08.06.2019 registered under Sections 323, 324, 447, 511, 506, 148, 149 IPC (Section 326 IPC added lateron vide G.D. No.32 dated 09.06.2019) at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur, and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 04.01.2021 (Annexure P-4), effected in between the parties.

Pursuant to orders dated 25.01.2021, of this Court, the parties appeared before the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Dasuya, on 04.02.2021 to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Dasuya, submitted her report along with copies of statements of the parties vide letter No.118 dated 05.03.2021, duly forwarded by the RAVINDER SINGH 2021.11.03 13:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

-2CRM-M-3391 of 2021 learned District and Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur, vide Endst. No.5038 dated 08.03.2021.

According to the report, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Dasuya, is satisfied that compromise effected between the parties is genuine and no accused has been declared as proclaimed offender. Considering the report of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Dasuya, and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.124 dated 08.06.2019 and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed, qua the petitioners only.

Disposed of accordingly.
