Prayer made in the present petition for quashing the order dated 29.04.2003 (Annexure P-18), vide which the higher standard pay scale granted to the petitioner was withdrawn considering his service was regularized w.e.f. 01.01.1980 instead of 24.07.1970, might not be surviving due to efflux of time, particularly when no interim order was passed by the Division Bench while admitting the petition on 16.12.2004. 3.

Disposed of accordingly, however, reserving the petitioner with a liberty to get it revived, in case any cause of action still survives. (AMAN CHAUDHARY) JULY 03, 2026.
