Through this petition, filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent No. 2 to 7 to take remedial action by ordering regular enquiry under the provisions of Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994, in respect of embezzlement of public funds.
