(ORAL) By way of filing the present revision, the petitioners have laid challenge to the order dated 06.02.2018, passed by the learned District Judge (Family Court) SBS Nagar, in a proceeding under Sections 125 Cr.P.C., whereby the petitioners herein have been awarded final maintenance @ Rs.2000/- per month each, besides a sum of Rs.3000/- towards litigation expenses.

Perusal of the orders sheets shows that the matter pertains to the year 2019 and notice of motion was issued vide order dated 24.01.2019, passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Thereafter, when this case was listed for hearing on 09.08.2023, following order was passed by this Court:- "Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as per office report, dasti notice issued to the respondent has not been received back. Learned counsel RISHU KATARIA 2024.08.13 10:55 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CRR(F)-40-2019 (O&M) -2submits that he is not in touch with the petitioners and he even wrote a registered letter to the petitioner on 03.08.2022, however, the petitioner has still not responded to the same.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 14.02.2024. Pursuant thereto, fresh notices have been issued to both the parties and as per office report fresh notices issued to both the parties have not received back either served or otherwise. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has not been able to establish contact with the petitioners till date, therefore, he has no instructions in the present case.

In view of the above, it can safely be presumed that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the instant revision petition and this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the same. Ordered accordingly.
