CRM-M-2199 of 2020 Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Criminal Case No.NACT 341 dated 03.06.2017 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Hoshiarpur.
