The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of regular bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No. 76, dated 12.10.2020, MOHAN SINGH 2021.05.28 15:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR came to be lodged under some misunderstanding and even as per the FIR the allegation pertains to causing of 'simple injury' only. It has been submitted that the matter already stands compromised and a petition seeking quashing of FIR has been filed in this Court and other identically situated co-accused have already been granted bail by this Court.

Learned State counsel has not controverted the aforesaid assertion regarding the compromise amongst the parties. Learned State counsel has informed that the petitioner has been behind bars since the last about 5 months.

Keeping in view of the aforesaid assertions wherein the parties are stated to have amicably resolved their issues and in fact a petition for quashing of FIR has also been filed, the petition is accepted and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial Court/Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate concerned.
