Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner but without commenting anything as regards the veracity of the averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, to ensure that the matter arising out of FIR No.88 dated 26.8.2023, Police Station Sudhar, District Ludhiana Rural, under Sections 447, 511, 380, 506, 34 IPC is got investigated expeditiously and fairly in accordance with law.

2. A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana for necessary compliance.
