(ORAL) Through this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, defendants have laid challenge to order dated 20.04.2018 (Annexure P-1), whereby the trial Court has dismissed their application for appointment of local commissioner.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has not been able to controvert the finding of the trial Court that the land for which petitioners-defendant want to get demarcated through local commissioner, is not the subjectmatter of suit land. Therefore, their application for demarcation of their own land, which is not related to the suit land, has rightly been rejected. In view of the discussion made above, impugned order does not warrant any interference.

Dismissed.
