ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner do not intend to press this petition and considering the fact that the litigation is pending since 2013, the trial Court be directed to conclude the trial in a time bound manner.

Considering the fact that vide order dated 03.05.2018, the trial Court was directed not to pass the final judgment and a period of about 04 years has already lapsed, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of 06 months from today.
