*** Ritu Bahri, J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking quashing of promotion list dated 24.12.2020 issued by respondent No. 2 (P-2).

Petitioner was appointed on 19.11.1983 as Pharmacy Officer and presently posted at Civil Hospital Khanna, District Ludhiana. The case of the petitioner was recommended in the list as shown at Sr. No. 212 of the list (in Seniority List at Sr. No. 16) for promotion as Senior Pharmacy Officer. But the name of the petitioner was not mentioned in the promotion list of Senior Pharmacy Officer and his juniors were promoted. In this regard, petitioner gave representations dated 26.12.2020 to consider his name in the promotion list but no action has been taken till date.
