The petitioner is in a wrong forum to plead for grant of opportunity. The procedure of how the matter will be dealt with has been considered by this Court in Santosh Kumar Berry Vs. Nirmala Devi and others 2013(1) PLR 404. 2.

The revision petition is disposed of with the above observations.
