(Oral) CM-8522-CII-2022 This is an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for placing on record copy of order dated 07.02.2019 passed by Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Ludhiana as Annexure P-10 and also for exemption from filing certified copy of Annexure P-10. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed as prayed for. Copy of order dated 07.02.2019 passed by Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Ludhiana is taken on record as Annexure P-10, subject to all just exceptions.

CM stands disposed off.

CM-8524-CII-2022 This is an application under Section 151 CPC for withdrawing the main petition.

Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner states that the main civil suit was dismissed in default under Order IX Rule 8 CPC on JITENDER KUMAR 2022.07.21 10:49 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment Chandigarh

CR-3338-2016 -207.02.2019 and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. CR-3338-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that costs pursuant to order dated 31.05.2022 have been deposited.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states the main suit was dismissed in default under Order IX Rule 8 CPC on 07.02.2019 and till date no application for restoration has been filed and, hence, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to revive the same in case the civil suit is restored at any stage.

Permitted to do so.
