**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) The short point involved in the present revision petition is whether revision petition for challenging the ex parte award would be maintainable. The answer is 'no', as the petitioner has an independent remedy to file the objections under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Faced with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to file objections in accordance with law, provided that the time spent before this Court be condoned as per the Section 14 of the Limitation Act.

Ordered accordingly.
