The trial Court has disposed of an objection taken by the defendant about the inadequacy of court fee in the manner which is inappropriate. The suit is for recovery of a tanker and the plaintiff is bound to appropriately value the same. The plaintiff is reported to have paid a court fee of `50/-. The issue of court fee will be taken as a preliminary issue and the trial will not commence on any other issue without consideration of the issue of court fee. 2.

With these observations, the revision petition is disposed of dispensing with notice to the respondents.
