This common order shall dispose of CR Nos.3345/2016 and 3346/2016 as facts,issues and impugned orders involved are identical in both these petitions.

Tenants are in revision directed against the order dated 17.3.2016 passed by the Appellate Authority,Chandigarh whereby the findings qua eviction on the ground of personal necessity were affirmed while the findings qua sub-letting recorded by the Rent Controller were reversed. It is also directed against the order dated 15.4.2015 passed by the Rent Controller,Chandigarh whereby the eviction of the tenant on the ground of personal necessity was ordered from the demised premises comprising front portion of the Second Floor,measuring 330 square feet of SCO No.26,Sector 41-D,Chandigarh. Hence these two revision petitions. During the course of previous hearing parties were referred to Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2017.12.13 09:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CR 3345/2016 (O&M) and CR 3346/2016 (O&M) Mediation Center of this Court, where parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and drawn up a fresh lease agreement dated 11.11.2017. It is not disputed that the lease agreement has been signed by the parties concerned and is in the process of being registered. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, counsel for the parties are agreed that the present revision petitions can be disposed of as having become infructuous in the light of a fresh lease agreement having been executed which is in the process of being registered. Accordingly, both these revision petitions bearing CR No.3345/2016 and 3346/2016 are dismissed as infructuous. Parties shall be bound by aforesaid respective stand.
