***** KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) The counsel for the petitioner apprised the Court that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police in view of previous order dated 24.1.2022 passed by the Court.

This fact has not been refuted by the State counsel who on instructions from ASI Raj Singh further submitted that now the petitioner is not required by the police for further investigation or custodial interrogation. The alleged recovery has already been effected in the present case.
