SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of a direction to respondent No.2 to investigate the case and submit the challan before the competent court for trial in case FIR No.132 dated 07.10.2024 under Section 108 BNS, registered at P.S Batala, District Gurdaspur. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to the Sr. Superintendent of Police, Batala-respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 30.11.2024 (Annexure P-4), within a time bound manner.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Sr. Superintendent of Police, Batala to look into the representation dated 30.11.2024 (Annexure P-4) and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks. The order so passed be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereafter.
