The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 for proper investigation in FIR No.0077 dated 15.09.2019 under Sections 328, 365, 376, 506 IPC registered at Police Station Women, Palwal against the respondent No.4. 2.

It is contended that the petitioner has submitted an application dated 18.09.2019 to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Palwal, District Palwal for taking legal action against respondent No.4-Nanda Gori against which an FIR has also been lodged levelling allegations of rape and further apprehended threat to life and liberty of herself and her family at the hands of respondent No.4 but no action has been taken so far. 3.

At this stage, on the asking of the Court, Ms. Mahima Yashpal, AAG, Haryana who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents and submits that the official respondents will look into the matter and will take a decision on the application of the petitioner.
