Vide order dated 30.10.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the office report, the petitioner as well as the respondents stand duly served. However, none has put in appearance on behalf of the parties. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
