This matter is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing due to the outbreak of pandemic, COVID-19. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking consideration of his claim for adjustment as Extension Lecturer. It is submitted that petitioner was appointed as Extension Lecturer and has worked as such from August, 2015 till 13.10.2021. He was relieved due to decrease in workload. Displacement letter was issued to the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has a right for readjustment in terms of policy dated 04.03.2020 and he is eligible for adjustment as sufficient workload is available. It is submitted that the petitioner has raised his grievance yet again in representation dated 05.01.2022 (Annexure P8), but to no avail.
