AMIT RAWAL, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that in writ petition bearing CWP No.18924 of 2009 rendered by this Court, the petitioners were relegated to take remedy in accordance with law either by filing suit or application for partition of the property and therefore the order dated 27.2.2013 (P.7) impugned herein would be inoperative thereby rendering the present petition infructuous.
Said order produced by learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record, a copy of which has been given to counsel opposite. In view of aforesaid, present petition is rendered incapable of any further relief being granted.
