(Oral) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that as has been informed to him by learned counsel representing the revision petitioners in the trial Court, the civil suit in question has been finally decided, in that way, the present revision petition has become infructuous. He states that the present petition may be disposed of accordingly. However, in case the necessity arises, he may file appropriate application for which permission may be granted to him. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. The revision petitioners may file appropriate application in accordance with law, if need be, at a subsequent stage. ( H.S.
