Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Present revision is directed against the impugned orders Annexures P/1 & P/2 passed by the authority under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948. It has been urged before the court that evidence of the petitioner was closed by the authority after having been granted only one opportunity. Though he was present before the court, the authority did not grant any further opportunity to lead his evidence. I find merit in the plea. The impugned orders Annexures P/1 & P/2 are hereby set-aside. The authority would grant one opportunity to the petitioner to lead his evidence subject to payment of Rs.2000/- as costs. Revision petition is allowed in these terms.
