The appropriate remedy for the petitioner will be before the same Court for recalling of the evidence by setting out the reason as to why he could not be present and why several opportunities which had been availed to could not be fruitfully put to use. If such an application is filed, the court below will consider the same and pass appropriate orders in the light of the decision passed by this Court in Santosh Kumar Berry Vs. Nirmala Devi and others 2013(1) PLR 404. 2.

The revision petition is disposed of with the above observations.
