**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) Affidavit dated 26.05.2023 of Mukhwinder Singh Bhullar, PPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar (Rural), is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at appropriate place. Learned State counsel pointing out State reply submits that challan in the FIR No.84 dated 03.05.2022 stands filed and challan qua DDR No.46 dated 05.05.2022 would be presented within two months from today.

On being confronted with afore-said fact, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be granted liberty to avail remedies as permissible by law.
