(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 28.12.2020 (Annexure P-14) passed by respondent No.3, whereby the application moved on behalf of the petitioner-employer to defer the decision of the instant case, till the adjudication of the reference made by the appropriate Government, which is pending before the Industrial Tribunalcum-Labour Court, Panipat. The present petition was filed challenging the interim order passed by the Controlling Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act. However, now the said matter has already been considered and decided by the Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Panipat, vide order dated 08.09.2021. That order of Labour Court is already under VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2022.05.19 18:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
