(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents states that since the main suit has been decreed by the trial Court, vide judgment dated 27.01.2023, this revision petition challenging the order passed by Addl. District Judge, Fazilka setting aside order passed on application U/o 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC regarding ad-interim injunction by the trial Court has become infructuous. A copy of the judgment passed by the trial Court has been placed on record.

There is no representation of the petitioner. Similar was the position on the last two dates of hearing. Therefore, the revision petition is dismissed being infructuous.
