ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 05.03.2020, vide which status quo was directed to be maintained with regard to the transfer of the petitioner.

It is alleged that on 08.12.2021, the petitioner is transferred from RTI, C.M. Window Online Complaint and is attached with Ashok Kumar, Junior Engineer by the SDO (Operation) Sub-Division, UHBVN, Rajound.

Counsel for the respondent submits that, in fact, the petitioner himself has given his consent to do the additional work vide Annexure R-1 and thereafter, he was again deputed on the said post. In view of the above, no willful disobedience is made out. Dismissed.
