(ORAL) The petitioner-defendant is aggrieved of the impugned order dated 29.02.2016 (Annexure P-3), whereby the Additional District Judge, Bathinda, in an appeal filed by the respondent-plaintiff, reversed the order dated 30.07.2015 (Annexure P-5) of the trial Court and granted the injunction.

This Court while issuing notice of motion on 13.05.2016 had stayed the operation of the impugned order. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the suit has already attained the stage of final argument as the defendant has concluded the evidence. Without commenting upon the merits and demerits of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the present revision petition with a direction to the trial Court to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible and Yogesh Sharma 2018.03.06 12:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
