(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in case, FIR No.77 dated 22.12.2018, registered under Sections 452, 326, 324, 323, 148 and 149 IPC, Police Station Ghuman Kalan, District Gurdaspur. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 20.02.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
